Wine & Food

Here are some good suggestions you can follow on how to make a great match, will try to cover all types of dishes, so expect more of this soon!


Grilled beef: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec

Pork: Riesling (White), Merlot, Pinot Noir (Red).

Lamb: Malbec, Syrah. 

Sauced meats: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet-Malbec, Cabernet-Merlot.

Bird Meat: Young red wines or whites ( Chardonnay, Viognier).

Game meet: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah. They should be red ripe, old and complex wines.
